1. OVERVIEW
ORVEX Biomedical Research is committed to processing and delivering every order with speed, accuracy, and care. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our official website, www.orvexbio.com.
All orders are shipped from our facility located in Redwood City, CA, USA, on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or federal holidays.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from ORVEX Biomedical Research. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. SHIPPING RATES
A flat shipping fee of $12.90 applies to all domestic orders.
Orders totaling $200.00 or more (calculated after any applicable discounts, before taxes and processing fees) qualify for FREE shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.
5. SHIPPING CARRIER
ORVEX Biomedical Research primarily ships via USPS Priority Mail and other trusted carrier partners such as UPS and FedEx, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the United States, including delivery to PO Boxes.
6. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
After payment is confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume. If a significant delay is anticipated, you will be notified by email.
7. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after shipment. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. ORVEX Biomedical Research is not responsible for delays caused by weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact our support team at support@orvexbio.com.
9. SHIPPING INSURANCE
Customers may opt in to shipping insurance at checkout for a fee of $3.99. Shipping insurance covers loss, damage, or incorrect deliveries that occur during transit.
Insurance must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively after the order has been placed.
If shipping insurance is not selected, ORVEX Biomedical Research is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier once the package has been transferred for shipment.
Please note: shipping insurance covers transit-related issues only. Product defects (such as broken vials, leaking packaging, or manufacturing issues) are covered separately under our Return and Refund Policy, regardless of whether shipping insurance was purchased.
9.1 Filing a Claim
To file a claim under shipping insurance, the customer must contact our support team within the applicable timeframes outlined in Section 10 and provide the following:
- Order number and tracking information
- Photos of any damaged items, packaging, and product labels (for damage claims)
- Carrier tracking showing non-delivery (for lost package claims)
Claims will be reviewed within 5 to 7 business days. Compensation may be provided in the form of a replacement shipment or full refund, at the discretion of ORVEX Biomedical Research based on the circumstances and available evidence.
9.2 Insurance Limitations
Shipping insurance does not cover:
- Loss or theft after carrier-confirmed delivery
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
- Carrier delays or missed delivery windows
- Regulatory or customs holds
- Product defects unrelated to transit (covered under our Return and Refund Policy)
The shipping insurance fee of $3.99 is non-refundable.
10. LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
10.1 Transit-Related Issues (Carrier Damage or Loss)
If your package was visibly damaged during shipping, lost in transit, or never delivered, please contact our support team as follows:
- Damaged packages: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation with photos of the damaged exterior packaging, items, and product labels.
- Lost or undelivered packages: Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your tracking information.
Coverage for transit-related issues requires that shipping insurance was selected at checkout. If no insurance was purchased, ORVEX Biomedical Research is not responsible for carrier-related loss or damage.
10.2 Product Defects (Manufacturing Issues)
If you receive a product with a defect unrelated to shipping — such as a broken vial, leaking packaging, or a quality issue with the product itself — you are eligible for a replacement or refund regardless of whether shipping insurance was purchased.
To report a product defect, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos clearly showing the issue. Product defect claims are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
10.3 Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that does not match your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging received. ORVEX Biomedical Research will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, regardless of insurance status.
10.4 Transfer of Responsibility
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, ORVEX Biomedical Research is no longer responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery confirmation. In such cases, we recommend filing a report with local law enforcement and contacting the carrier directly.
11. PACKAGING
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No reference to the nature of the products is included on the exterior of any package.
12. ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately via text at +1 (657) 520-3927 or by email at support@orvexbio.com. Changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
ORVEX Biomedical Research reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if the shipping address cannot be verified or raises compliance concerns.
13. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE
A credit card processing fee of 2.99% is applied to all credit card transactions to offset payment processing costs. The exact amount is displayed clearly at checkout before payment is authorized, and is also reflected on the order summary, invoice, and email confirmation.
14. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
ORVEX Biomedical Research reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order or account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, policy violations, unverifiable information, or regulatory compliance concerns.
15. COMPLIANCE NOTICE
All products sold by ORVEX Biomedical Research are intended for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the receipt, possession, and use of research compounds in their jurisdiction.
